“Ruelle de L'âme Perdue”

about

Welcome to Ruelle de L'âme Perdue, or as it less commonly known, the Caeden Narrows. The long slow walk through this passage is utterly tedious. One must remain steady of eye, facing forward, and alert, lest they be swallowed up. I glimpsed a kind of insight where the dead riders munching at whatever fragments remained, shall be visited by roars from small corners of the canyon. It is critical that one must not pay any heed to these raucous calls, dismal hoots, sudden scattered screams. The still air raged about me, and I was able to hear it, once. It was muffled yell by a long-necked man moving faster than is natural. It was very rare for the music up here to bring me so much joy, yet I found myself caught up in its whispers of joy and art and the extremely happy rhythm it played in the background. "Once I saw him, once I heard him singing, once he spoke for us." It is easy to imagine the terrifying throng of beasts that ended in the finale at that point, as they bellowed as if experiencing an extreme manifestation of pleasure.
