Then, near the place called Orirax, Suba closed her lids to a tiny twinkle under their heavy sinking brows. And then as they arise, slowly, she exhales, yet halfway, as she had once done under the Fermium Oak back in Ra' Town. Tuck takes care and quickly blesses the air with a peal from the past. The sudden vibration of time emboldens Suba into firmest resolution. As if not knowing the truth or having left it aside already might cause Tuck to regret. Unfortunately, by then she has to make her move: veering into a shadowy crevice, allowing some of the wind to drift through her permeable corpus. Shifting to a crouch, she brings a fist up and makes a keen gesticulation with one of her limbs. Tuck, watching, repeated: "you shall be the lancinating death of no little trifle!" And then while holding two green palms in each hand he held on firmly in accord.
